Labour guide — NO VAT: £95 first hour including attendance; £65 further hour, with labour billed in 30-minute increments; booked half day 4 hours £240; full day 8 hours £425. Rates are per operative Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. A booked half or full day replaces hourly charges. Materials, waste disposal and specialist access are agreed separately. Parking and congestion charges are agreed in advance and charged at cost. Rates are negotiable for regular work, portfolios and agreed maintenance packages. Out-of-hours is quoted separately.
