Electrical Maintenance for Commercial Premises
Planned and reactive support
We provide planned visits and reactive electrical repairs for commercial premises. Work can include lighting, sockets and distribution equipment, with priorities agreed around the condition and needs of the site.
How maintenance is planned
Packages are based on your asset list, visit frequency and included hours. Testing, materials and reactive attendance are agreed separately so the scope stays clear. We plan access and any shutdowns before work where required, then explain findings and next steps.
Indicative labour and maintenance prices — NO VAT
£95 first hour including attendance. Further hours are £65 per hour, with additional labour billed in 30-minute increments. Booked half day: £240 for 4 hours. Booked full day: £425 for 8 hours. Rates are per operative Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. A booked half or full day includes attendance and replaces hourly charges. Materials, waste disposal and specialist access are agreed separately. Parking and congestion charges are agreed in advance and charged at cost. Out-of-hours work is quoted individually. Rates are negotiable for regular work, portfolios and agreed maintenance packages.
Reporting and follow-up
We report the work completed, outstanding priorities and any recommended testing or remedial action. Return visits, parts and remedials are extra unless included in the agreed work order. Regular work, portfolios and maintenance packages can be discussed.
