Thermal Imaging Surveys for Commercial/Industrials Premises
What the survey covers
We carry out electrical thermal surveys of distribution boards, switchgear and accessible connections under a suitable operating load. The survey looks for unusual heat patterns that may need further assessment. Thermal imaging is a useful condition-checking tool for commercial premises in Chigwell and surrounding areas.

Thermal Imaging Surveys for Commercial Premises
Scope, access and limitations
Before the visit, we agree the areas to inspect, safe access, operating conditions and any switching arrangements. A thermal image is a snapshot affected by loading, access and the environment. It complements, rather than replaces, an EICR or other electrical tests. An image alone cannot guarantee detection of every fault or diagnose the cause without further assessment.
Reporting and recommendations
You receive a PDF report covering the agreed scope, observations and practical recommendations, with thermal and visual records where available. Any further investigation, testing or remedial work is explained and quoted separately.
Indicative thermal imaging prices — NO VAT
